The visit ends, and the note is already drafted. You review it, edit anything, and sign.
What Ace writes
From one visit, Ace drafts the SOAP note in your template, a transcript, an after-visit summary, a referral letter and suggested ICD-10 and CPT codes. Risk flags, like an allergy, are called out where you can't miss them.
Templates follow the way your clinic works: your own layouts, each provider's adjustments, or a ready-made template for your specialty.
What still needs you
Every note starts as an AI draft. Nothing is final until a clinician reviews and signs it. The recording stays with the visit, so you can replay any moment next to the transcript.
