What these texts are
Clinics that use Ace Health send their own patients appointment text messages: a confirmation when a visit is booked, a notice when the clinic reschedules or cancels it, reminders before the visit, and the link to join a video (telehealth) visit. Each text names the clinic it comes from. These are not marketing messages.
How you agree to receive them
You agree to receive appointment texts when you give your mobile number to your clinic, for example when you register as a patient, book a visit in person, by phone, or in the Ace Patient app. Agreeing is not a condition of receiving care.
How often
It depends on your appointments, usually 2 to 4 texts per visit. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
How to stop or get help
Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them. You will get one message confirming it, then no more texts from that number. Reply HELP for help. You can also turn appointment texts off in the Ace Patient app, or ask your clinic to do it.
For help, email contact@acehealth.site or call your clinic.
Your number stays private
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their marketing. Your number is shared only with the phone carriers that deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy.
Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are not for emergencies: if you have a medical emergency, call 911.
